ANNOUNCEMENTS OCTOBER 30, 2011

 

Thanksgiving Offering/Harvest Dinner: “Give It All” Sunday will be November 20^th this year. The church asks for members to consider giving an offering equal to one week’s pay, which is in addition to their regular tithes and offerings. Ninety percent of the offering will be used to pay down the existing mortgage, and the remaining 10% will go to missions. More information on the Harvest Dinner will be given soon.

 

Our Dear friend and brother, Pastor Robert Hunter has gone home to be with the Lord. He passed on Wednesday, October 19. Services were held at Bethel Baptist Church in Pataskala, OH on Tuesday, October 25^th. Please keep his wife and family in prayer.

 

 

The St. Lucia Missions Team Presentation: You won’t want to miss the St. Lucia Missions Team Presentation on Sunday, November 13^th during the Sunday School hour. The team will show slides and tell of their blessings and experiences assisting the Morgan’s with Vacation Bible School.

 

 

Men’s Friday Night Bible Study will be held here at the church on Friday at 7 p.m. See Dr. Audu with questions.

 

 

Attention All Trinity Members: This is a reminder to please be good stewards of our kitchen. If you or your ministry uses the kitchen, you have the personal responsibility to clean up after each use. We appreciate your help in this area. The Kitchen Ministry.

 

 

The McGaw Family Care Group will get together on Sunday, November 13, 2011 immediately following worship service at the Golden Corral located at 10220 E. Washington St., 46229.

 

 

Today, we will take up a special love offering for Pastor David Patterson, his wife Sadie, and his son Noah. The Patterson’s will be moving to Washington on November 5^th. Pastor Patterson has many physical challenges, and he has financial needs as well that must be met. We want to help them.

 

 

TSA for Christ (Senior) Ministry will have “A Christmas Celebration” on Saturday, December 17, 2011, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. here at Trinity in Berean Hall. This will be a catered celebration, and we would like to invite anyone age 50 + along with any guest you would like to bring. This will be a dress-up celebration, or you can wear your holiday attire. We want to give you a dinner menu choice, but we need to plan ahead for our caterer. We have posted a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board for you to make your menu choice by Sunday, November 20, 2011. Payment must be received no later than Sunday, December 11^th. If you would like to make installments up until that date, please see Larry or Fannie Wells. The prices cover the cost of the celebration, and no profit will be made.

 

Pastor Dodson would like to meet briefly after church service today in classroom 3 / 4 with all the ministers from Trinity, as well as those who have sensed the call to the Ministry. He would also like for their wives to join them.

 

 

We will no longer have Sunday School Opening at 9:30 a.m., but the Sunday School teachers should still be in their classrooms to welcome any early-comers and to set up for their lesson. Sunday School will begin at 9:45 a.m. for all others.
